This is an intimate and therapeutic one on one process through the template and insights offered by The Five Pillars of Medicine. We explore each of the five 'realms' of the client's life - from the somatic, through the emotional, intellectual, visionary, and spiritual. 

In other words we gradually move through the worlds of our body, heart, mind, soul and spirit - reflecting, adapting and optimising as we go.

This journey offers opportunity for a deep rewiring of how we relate to each element of our life, bringing our blindspots into view, and how we can support and strengthen each aspect. Many gifts lie in wait as er give attention to each area of our being individually, and subsequently notice how they fit together and the tune they are playing. With compassion, power and agency we can enhance each element to augment the life we're living.

This is a seven session series for individuals wanting to move through The Five Pillars of Medicine in a very personal way. Our initial session will be an intake and orientation, and thereafter each week will explore a Pillar of Medicine and how it is pertinent and reflected in your life. The final session will be a reflection and recreation of how these pillars are constellated in your life to function more optimally. 

Continued sessions that are therapeutic and integrative are optional as a support after this course.
